Aluminum and Zinc die castings parts are light, durable and easy to recycle, and hence they are contributing to make the parts lighter but at the same time strong and effective technology for the environment. These superior materials are fueling the growth in die casting applications and giving the innovative technology that we have, the adaptation of die casting have been widely accepted by our Customers.


The casting process started when liquid molten such as Aluminum Alloy is poured into a precision mold at high speed and under high pressure. Manufacturing of die cast products begins with a good mold/die. Die designers, die engineers and casting engineers collaborate to decide on best procedures of making the die. Base on the final die design, state of the art machine-tools and technologies are used to make high precision die, ready for production.


The die then will be placed in the die casting machine and molten will be poured into the die with high speed and high pressure instantaneously to create the final product. The casted part then will be machined, surface treated and assembly according to customer specifications. Along the way, precision testing is conducted at each stage of processes, by using 3-D measuring equipment/CMM, X-ray, Strength test and other quality monitoring equipment to ensure 100% good part.
